EXHAUST SYSTEM - Heavy duty industrial exhaust silencer with flexible piping.
CONSTRUCTION - The generator is mounted on a heavy duty fabricated steel baseframe, complete with lifting eyes. The engine is coupled to the alternator via an SAE flange, connecting the engine flywheel to the alternator rotor. Anti-Vibration Mountings are fitted between the engine/alternator feet and the baseframe.
FUEL SYSTEM - The baseframe incorporates a daily service fuel tank which is complete with contents gauge, filler cap, filter with breather and strainer, fuel feed and return lines, drain plug and vent pipe. On units without fuel tank, the feed and return pipes are terminated on the baseframe (below the baseframe over 500 kVA).
CONTROL PANEL - Set mounted totally enclosed sheet steel control panel complete with 3 Ammeters, Voltmeter with selector switch, 3 Current Transformers, Frequency / RPM meter, Hours Run Counter, Water Temperature Gauge, Oil Pressure Gauge, Battery Ammeter, Key Start Module for Start / Stop operation. Shutdown and Protection Devices for Low Oil Pressure, High Engine Temperature and Low Coolant Level.
MAIN LINE CIRCUIT BREAKER - 3 Pole circuit breaker mounted inside the control panel or on the set in a separate enclosure, with easy access for incoming and outgoing cables. The circuit breaker is complete with thermal and magnetic trips. |
DOCUMENTATION - A Full set of Operation Manuals and Wiring Diagrams. An Installation Guide is also included.
FACTORY TEST - A full load test is conducted at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110%. All control functions are simulated and protective devices checked, passed and then approved for despatch.
FINISH - The generator can be finished in any colour specified by the customer. A colour chart is available if requested.
WARRANTY - 12 months from date of commissioning or 18 months from date of shipment, whichever is sooner. Please read our standard conditions of supply and standard terms of warranty for more details.
